Timeline & Process

Choose a session type and location
Click over to the contact page and fill out the contact form so we can start planning your photo session

Nailing down the Details
I will reach out to set up a FaceTime call or phone call. We will discuss your vision, choose a pricing package, and figure out a date and time

Contract and Payment
I will send you the contract for you to read and sign and you will submit payment ahead of the photo shoot
04.
Gallery
Your gallery will be ready in 3-4 weeks. I will send you a link to view the images from our session. You will select your favorite(s) and you will have the option to purchase additional images.
If you've selected a deluxe package, that includes access to all images from your session. With that package, you'll be able to download the entire gallery with one click!
FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
That depends on your package selection and the type of photo session. Refer to the pricing tab for more details. Deluxe packages (entire gallery), you can expect at least 20 photos depending on number of people, location, cooperation of the children (if any). A location that has multiple places to shoot will yield more photos (example: Harkness State Park has the mansion but also other spots on the grounds to take beautiful pics).
For basic packages, you have the option to purchase additional images if you love them (and I hope you will!).
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
If you need to cancel, you must contact me at least 24 hours before our session. We will reschedule the shoot for a new date.
Sessions are non refundable. This is clearly stated in the contract that clients sign when they book the session. Once payment is made, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Do you offer sales?

If your budget is tight you might also consider a mini session.
Do you offer homecoming or pre-deployment shoots?
Yes! Please contact me and we can get that set up.
For homecoming, I will need an approximate window (try to narrow it down to one or two weeks of time) for when the boat is scheduled to arrive.
What should I wear for the photo session?
Wear clothes that you feel confident in! If you feel great, that will come through in the photos. I can send you a one page flyer with more details & suggestions if you'd like.
Do you book maternity and newborn photos?
Yes we can do a maternity photo shoot or a lifestyle shoot with a newborn & the new parents (and any older siblings, if applicable). Please inquire for pricing.

Do you offer milestone portraits?
Yes! I do offer milestone portraits as well as senior portraits. Please view my work on my blog. You can find the tab on the homepage.

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Yes, of course! We will have a lot of fun during our session and you'll forget you're even on camera.
For family sessions, please keep in mind that you should schedule a time that everyone will be well rested and upbeat. If your child is a night owl, then don't reserve a 9 am time slot. If you know he or she will need time to warm up after a nap, then give yourself a good gap between the end of nap time and the beginning of the session.
Do you offer senior portraits?
Yes! I love working with seniors and would like to chat more about his/her vision for the photo session. (i.e. incorporating their interests In some of the photos to make it more personalized).
