Grandparents here from overseas!

My friend Carmen had a visit from her parents in December, so she booked a mini session with me to get some pics. Carmen and her parents are from South Africa, and this was the first time they had seen each other in four years! (Thanks, Covid) The weather was quite chilly and that was a bit of a shock to the system (especially for the grandparents visiting from the Southern Hemisphere!).

Carmen's husband is currently deployed so we just took pictures with her son S (age 5) and daughter T (age 2) and her parents. Grandparent sessions are always so sweet!

Another special part to the session: Carmen's mom and dad were celebrating their 42nd (!) wedding anniversary on Jan 2.
